Who we are
Everything starts from an outstanding intuition of Gilberto Molari who, around 2010, decided that the historic family business could be something more than a nursery. Then the story and many excellent results, lead us to January 2021, when Luca and Matteo, following a first idea of Gilberto, decide to launch the new company dedicated to research and IP management: G-Berries. We’re a mix of backgrounds, a mix of different stories, a laboratory of new ideas and new strategies, a group of young people with a strong passion.

What we do
Studying, testing and introducing new varieties on the market is our daily ambition. Our path begins by choosing, among different genotypes, the parents able to express the most interesting features for growers and consumers. Then it’s time for crossing, germination, years of deep and specific observation up to the first trials. But it’s not enough, because we also manage varieties coming from different breeding programs globally. Years of commitment and daily cares with a clear goal in our minds: to improve the taste experience.
